The official HYW lot is online booking only (Park 1 may take walk-in bookings if spaces remain). We only show which starts are open; plate, Octopus and payment stay on the Wilson site.
7 steps
- Scan a bookable start on this site, or open the Wilson booking page.
- Choose Car Park 1 (private car / motorcycle / disabled permit) or Car Park 2 (van).
- Enter in and out date-times and tap “check available space”.
- Phone and email for a one-time code (enter within 5 minutes).
- Plate plus the Octopus used at the barrier (entered twice). Upload blue/grey permit copies if needed.
- Accept terms and pay the full amount with Visa or Mastercard.
- SMS has the booking number. Tap the same Octopus to enter.
Entry rules that catch people out
- Do not arrive before the booked entry time — you will not get a space.
- Park 1: arrive up to 8 hours late; Park 2: 1 hour. Later, the space may be released and you only stay until the original exit.
- One in and one out per booking. Leave early and unused time is not refunded.
- No two consecutive bookings for the same plate. Wrong vehicle class voids the booking with no refund.
- Weekend slots vanish fast. To park next Saturday morning, grab it when the 7-day window opens this Saturday morning.
On-site booking
Park 1 only, if spaces. Give plate, Octopus and expected exit, then pay at the cashier after parking. No amend/cancel after that. Vans in Park 2 cannot book on site.
